Registration for the 36th ITI World Congress
All the Congress participants are expected to do the registration in advance. By doing so, you are sending the ITI General Secretariat and the Congress Hosts the necessary information to facilitate your participation.
After receiving your online registration, the General Secretariat will review your file immediately and then send you an official invitation.
Before filling in the registration form, please click and read the following guideline carefully. It contains important information on the visa process, travel, transportation and accommodation.

Important: please make sure that you choose the right category of participants when filling in the form. Failing to do so may cause errors in logistics. If you have any questions, please contact the ITI Centre in your country or the ITI General Secretariat team.

*Notes on the Visa and Entry into UAE
Citizens of GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates) do not require a visa or permit or to be sponsored by a national or resident in the UAE. However, they need to produce their GCC country passport or national ID card at the point of entry into the UAE.
The Congress host will provide visa assistance to citizens of other countries. Therefore, the participants should hold valid passports and complete the Congress Registration before 30 November 2022. To receive visa assistance, participants must fill in passport information correctly and upload a copy of the passport photo page when registering (after this process, participants do not need to apply for visas separately). The ITI General Secretariat will deliver the digital version of the Arrival Visa document to participants before February 2023. The participants should present the printed Arrival Visa document and valid passport at the point of entry into the UAE.
